Our 2nd day in Bangkok was filled with markets and massages. We (actually I) purchased my share of Thai silk. It was so much fun bargaining with the merchants. Everyone is so friendly and polite. We spent the day bowing and hearing/saying "sawasdee kha" pronounced sah-wah-dee kaaaaa" which means Hello.
Our first foot massage which, by the way, cost 200 bhat ($6) for 1 hour. Yes, we were drinking Chang beer at the time.
The market food was unbelievably fresh -
Later that evening we went to the night market and sang karaoke with "lady boys" and fought off Godzilla.
