Another beautiful day in New Mexico. We hiked Whitewater Canyon's Catwalk Trail.
The Catwalk refers to the original 1890's plank-board walkway placed atop steel pipes that used to bring water to the ore processing plant.
Next was a drive to Mongollon Mine Ghost Town. Once again we ended up high in the mountains with one switchback after another - 5 miles of which were one lane on the sides of cliffs.

We stopped to do a little rock-hounding on the way back and this chipmunk posed for a quick picture.
